Hello. Sorry about your troubles with the videos. Here is what you can do.

The length of some of these videos may require more cache space from your computer's ram. In this case a simple reboot is all thats needed. Also, if you are not on high speed internet, you may have to try at a less demanding time.

You can also try the videos in a different browser like firefox or opera and make sure you have the latest flash player downloaded.

One of the fixes will work eventually, and I am trying to keep the videos shorter so this won't happen anymore.
